We recently had our gas hot water system replaced by Ryan as our existing one had failed. We discovered on a Friday, that our existing system was leaking a lot of water, and Ryan came out the same day and offered a temporary patch to get us through until we could get a replacement, which we were very grateful for. We were able to then schedule Ryan in the following week as planned and he completed a new install for us. Communication was great and we found Ryan easy to work with. We will use him again for any future work.
Ryan and Jazmine were both very friendly and efficient. From the time I made the booking to when Ryan arrived on site, I was updated on his arrival time. Ryan arrived at the time he advised and was very professional. I explained the issue with the gas fireplace and Ryan told me what the issues could be and what he would do to fix it. Within half an hour he had the fireplace working again and explained how he fixed it. While he was working on the fireplace, he had a mat on the floor to catch any dirt and gave the fireplace a thorough cleaning. I was very impressed with the quality of his work, and he will be the first person I call if I have any issues with the gas appliances.
What a great service this company gives. I was told a 2 pm arrival and got a text to say he was going to arrive at 2.10... who does that these days??/ so impressive. Took his shoes off on arrival, brought a blanket to keep the area clean... vacuumed up after..A very tidy 1 and half hours and the fire place is working well.., after 30 years of not having a service. Ryan was impressed with how clean it was, well it only gets used in the winter.. which is Queensland is not very often. Cannot recommend them too highly.
